Meditation & Mindfulness
As human beings, we have the innate capacity to experience the natural
lucid presence of our own mind, however this is often obscured and we find ourselves caught in cycles of mental pain & dissatisfaction.

While many people now associate mindfulness with relaxation and stress relief, the origin of this practice promises something much deeper - the
complete liberation from psychological suffering.

While this may seem like a lofty claim, the beauty of the Buddhist teachings is that you are not required to believe it, because you are invited to discover this for yourself through working with your own mind and body.

Philippe facilitates both individual and group sessions of mindful awareness practices rooted in the Buddhist tradition. He is a certified meditation instructor with The Buddhist Studies Institute and has been practicing for 10 years. He has completed many retreats, including a 30 day retreat in the Indian Himalayas with 7-9 hours of daily meditation practice.

His practice has been deeply influenced by two main lineages, The Plum Village tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, and the Tibetan Karma Kagyu lineage of Tai Situ Rinpoche.
