Hey there, I'm Philippe, and I'm grateful for your interest in joining my upcoming One-Day Retreat in Galway! This day is for you if you like to move your body and experience moments of deep presence while connecting with like minded people.
Morning Practice
The morning is an invitation for you to connect with yourself through an accessible movement practice that's best described as a meditation in motion. No experience is necessary, and you'll be guided through a fluid practice of mindful movements drawn from my 10 years of embodiment practice! It's a delicious fusion of Yoga & QiGong to give the body the movment medicine it needs, as we settle the mind along the way.
Afternoon Practice
After a wholesome community lunch, our afternoon will be an opportunity to connect and reflect together! We will explore group exercises that offer us an opportunity to develop self-awareness through movement and authentic relating practices. The invitation is to experience a deeper sense of community and connection with one another.
I hope you'll join us for an immersive day filled with mindfulness, movement, and practices that promote a sense of togetherness. A bit about me...
My name is Philippe and I'm a facilitator who loves to create spaces for genuine connection and movement exploration. I'm all about sharing practices that support the emergence of authentic, embodied presence. I led my first retreat in 2017 when I graduated as physiotherapist, and since then I've completed over 1000 hours of training in meditation, yoga and trauma. I'm deeply passionate about sharing meditative practices that develop self-awareness and reveal our interconnected nature.
